Our neighborhood is organized into small groups called RT (Neighborhood Units) and RW (Community Units). Each RT has a Head who helps take care of daily matters and keeps things running smoothly among neighbors. Several RTs are grouped under an RW, led by an RW Head who connects with local authorities and supports bigger community plans.

It’s a simple system that keeps us connected, organized, and growing together as a community.
